Accommodation
Accommodation has been pre-booked. You can make your reservation by filling in your requests on the registration form. Hotel rates and available rooms can only be guaranteed if booking is made by July 31. Even after this date, we will of course try our best to fulfill your requirements. The hotel rooms will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
Credit card guarantee
You have to guarantee your hotel reservation with a credit card number on the registration form. In case of a "no show", which means that the room has not been used nor been cancelled in advance, the whole stay may be charged on your credit card. The credit card will NOT be used by neither Academic Conferences nor the hotel without your authorization, for any other purpose than above.
Payment options
No payment for accommodation will be made to Academic Conferences. Payment for the accommodation will be made directly to the hotel during your stay. You can pay by credit card or by cash.
Changes in your reservation
If you need to make changes in your reservation, please contact Academic Conferences by e-mail or fax.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact Academic Conferences as soon as possible but not later than 14 days prior to arrival. After that date, a cancellation fee equivalent to at least one night will be charged.
