We do recommend you though, to read through the information pages before starting to register, and to have a credit card ready for the payment and hotel guarantee. Fees for ESVV-members, non-members and PHD Students include: admission to the scientific program, conference material, lunches and refreshments according to the programme, welcome reception
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes: city walk for accompanying persons, welcome reception. An accompanying person is a spouse, family member or friend, who will take part in the social programme. The fee does not include admission to the scientific programme.
Payment
Payment must be made in advance of the conference.
Swedish delegates
Swedish delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice. If you choose to pay by invoice an administrative fee of SEK 100 will be added. You will receive your invoice by e-mail. If you need your invoice to be sent to a postal address, you must write your invoice address and reference (if any) on the payment page of the registration form.
VAT will be added according to Swedish legislation and routines.

Confirmation of registration
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail within a week after we have received your registration. If you have not received an e-mail from us within a week, please send an e-mail to pesti2008@slu.se
Cancellation
Notification of cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat.
Cancellation fee: SEK 750. Cancellations will be accepted until July 31 2008. If you have already paid we will refund all fees except SEK 750. No refunds or reduction of the fee can be made for cancellations received after July 31.
Change of delegate
Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time for a cost of SEK 250. Please contact the conference secretariat for change of delegate.
